HELP CENTER / FAQ
Useful answers before you cast on.
Who are the courses designed for?
The catalog includes clear beginner courses, intermediate project labs, and advanced design studies. Each item names its level so you can choose a comfortable starting point.
Do I need expensive tools?
No. Most lessons use commonly available needles, yarn, a measuring tape, and a row counter. The course description identifies any useful additional materials.
How are courses organized?
Courses are divided into focused modules with a technique explanation, a practice task, and a project-oriented checkpoint.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes. The FineHaven Loom format is designed for repeat viewing and measured practice rather than a fixed classroom schedule.
What is Fallows?
Fallows is your private browser-based list of courses you want to revisit. Save an item from the catalog and manage it on the Fallows page.
How does the cart work?
The cart stores course IDs and quantities in your browser's local storage. You can adjust quantities or remove items before using the checkout confirmation.
Are certificates included?
FineHaven Loom focuses on practical learning and does not make formal accreditation claims. Course completion is tracked as a personal learning milestone.
How can I ask for help?
Use the contact form with your name, email, and a detailed message. Include the course title and the step where you need clarification.
